Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are able deliver to every corner of the world. We use a very simple system to make shipping as easy and inexpensive as possible. We charge a flat rate of $12 for shipping & handling to the continental United States (48 States) and we charge a flat rate of $20 for international shipping & handling.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at your address from the moment you purchase it on our website.
Can we pay in Euro, Pound or other currencies?
Yes! We accept Credit Cards and other forms of payment in all currencies of the world. In addition, since we also use PayPal you can pay with whatever current you prefer!
What happens if I don’t like the shoes once they arrive?
Dont worry! If you don't like the shoes or if you receive the wrong color or size, we would be happy to return or exchange them for you. Returns and exchanges are accepted as long the shoes are still in the same condition you received them in, which means they are brand new. If you would like to return or exchange your shoes please contact us at support@inkkas.com and we will send you further instructions.
Where are the shoes made?
All of our shoes are handmade in Peru. All materials, labour and manufacturing is also done in Peru. When you buy our shoes you are buying an authentic South American product.
Do I have to add shipping to the price?
We automatically add shipping to your total cost during the checkout process. So don't worry everything is automatically done for you! All you have to do is press the purchase button and we will take care of the rest!
